  1. Hobart’s Brickwork’s Brewery was a lot of fun, obviously you can hear it was a busy night for them. A special shout out to Tom and Brandon. Thanks for taking the time to sit down with us. This beer was exceptionally smooth. Good luck and and a must see for the NWI crowd.

  2. Thanks to the Brickhouse and to Fanbrew for hosting the meet and greet. The food and beer was indeed wonderful, as was the service. As a gin lover I have found a new favorite in Brickhouse’s Solstice Crystal Juniper Stout.

  3. awesome job adam and the guys. I love the great info you give as well as the brew masters. Petry you did an awesome job with the camera. I wish I could have been there. Next time let me know when the fun is going to happen. I think your reviewing of beers are gorwing if you have two excellent brewmasters there letting you do your thing and not telling you are wrong.good job.I will have to get up to the brewery and try some of there beers

  4. Petry & Phil thanks guys for being out and supporting us. We have to make sure we roll deep into these places to make them know we aren’t just wasting their time.

Jason we will definitely let you know next time we go out somewhere. You would love it.

  5. This is Brandon from Brickworks Brewing Company. Thanks again guys for stopping in and considering us for Fanbrew. We had a great time with the interview. Like we said, you guys are welcome back anytime. We’ve got quite a few new beers coming up including our Cornerstone American Pale which is flowing fast. Also, our Irish Red, Vanilla Cherry Blossom Ale (tastes like cherry pie so far), rye ale, kolsh, and our Scottish Wee Heavy (highest gravity yet. Thanks again guys, it was a blast.

    • Brandon,

I can’t wait to come back and try the new brews. Thanks for coming by the site and checking it out. Have fun tonight at Figure 8, I am going to try and get in there sometime next week to try them out.

  6. I think this visit to Brickworks was great for everyone who attended. I throughly enjoyed my evening and liked the Wind Chill Factor Winter Ale the best. I don’t know what it is, but I love the spice. I didn’t get around to trying the light beer, but the rest were very good as well. The only beer I didn’t like was the Hoarfrost Belgian Wit.

With so many new brews coming out I’m sure we will be back soon!

  7. I was really impressed with beers and the food at the Brickhouse! That was a great guys night out. The brews were awesome and prices for food were very reasonable. The oatmeal stout and the 327 really hit the spot!! Can’t wait to go back to try the next batches.
