With the Chicago Bulls bringing up the rear for playoff contention, I wonder where the enthusiasm of last season has gone? Watching the Bulls play the Boston Celtics in last years NBA playoffs brought back memories of the Bulls’ runs in the early and late 90’s. What has been the Bulls’ problem all year, Vinny Del Negro , injuries, or performance? These questions are what John Paxton and the Bull’s upper management need to reevaluate as the season nears. With last night’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers (minus LeBron James) the Bulls have moved into playoff contention, but they have to win out their last four (4) games. Which brings up my last two questions… Can Noah and Rose continue their dominate play for the rest of the season and if the Bulls’ pull off a run, put themselves in the playoffs, do they have what it takes to play well enough to advance?
These are questions only the Bulls’ can answer…Are they good enough to win games win they count? I don’t know the answer to that one….only they know…..
