I can’t wait for the later weeks, if it turns out well I might have to start brewing at home.
Thats good that its becoming a better beer, I had my doubts. I used light plastic pop bottles and they got skunky. The thing I liked best about the whole brewing process was that anticipation of that first sip.
Put week 4 in the fridge last night to let it chill for 48 hours before I crack it on Friday. I am hoping for big things to come out of this week.
